The dashboard is where you manage your pages, posts and site settings. Your login details are handed over when the project is delivered.

أكثر أسباب البطء شيوعاً أربعة: صور كبيرة غير مضغوطة، وإضافات كثيرة لا حاجة لها، واستضافة ضعيفة، وغياب التخزين المؤقت. ابدأ بضغط الصور قبل رفعها وحذف الإضافات غير المستعملة، فهاتان الخطوتان وحدهما تحلّان معظم الحالات. وإن بقي الموقع بطيئاً فالسبب غالباً في الاستضافة.

The four most common causes are large uncompressed images, too many unneeded plugins, weak hosting and no caching. Start by compressing images before upload and removing unused plugins — these two steps alone fix most cases. If the site is still slow, the cause is usually the hosting.

Most break-ins come from skipped updates or weak passwords, not sophisticated attacks. Four habits are enough to protect your site:

Adding a product takes minutes, and the clearer the description and photos, the better it sells.

كل طلب جديد يصلك إشعاره على البريد ويظهر في لوحة التحكّم. وعند تغيير حالة الطلب يصل العميلَ إشعارٌ تلقائي، فلا تحتاج إلى مراسلته يدوياً.

Every new order is emailed to you and appears in the dashboard. When you change an order status the customer is notified automatically, so you do not have to message them by hand.

الكوبون أداة جيدة للحملات والعملاء العائدين. حدّد له دائماً تاريخ انتهاء وحدّاً للاستخدام حتى لا ينتشر خارج حملتك.

A coupon works well for campaigns and returning customers. Always give it an expiry date and a usage limit so it does not spread beyond your campaign.

ترك السلة طبيعي في كل المتاجر، لكن أربعة أسباب ترفعه كثيراً: رسوم شحن تظهر في الخطوة الأخيرة فقط، وإجبار العميل على إنشاء حساب، وخطوات دفع طويلة، وقلّة وسائل الدفع. اعرض تكلفة الشحن مبكراً، واسمح بالشراء كزائر، واختصر صفحة الدفع إلى الحقول الضرورية.

Cart abandonment is normal in every store, but four things push it up sharply: shipping fees that appear only at the last step, forcing account creation, a long checkout, and too few payment methods. Show shipping cost early, allow guest checkout, and cut the checkout page down to the essential fields.

الـ LLC أبسط في الإدارة والالتزامات، وتناسب معظم المتاجر والمشاريع الخدمية وأصحاب العمل الحر. أما الـ Corporation فتناسب من يخطّط لجلب مستثمرين وإصدار أسهم. إن لم تكن متأكّداً فالـ LLC هي نقطة البداية المعتادة، ويمكن تغيير الشكل القانوني لاحقاً عند الحاجة.

An LLC is simpler to run and maintain, and suits most stores, service businesses and freelancers. A Corporation suits founders who plan to raise investment and issue shares. If you are unsure, an LLC is the usual starting point, and the legal form can be changed later if needed.

الـ EIN رقم تعريف ضريبي تصدره مصلحة الضرائب الأمريكية IRS لشركتك، وهو بمثابة هوية الشركة أمام البنوك وبوابات الدفع. لا يُشترط أن تكون مقيماً في أمريكا ولا أن تملك رقم ضمان اجتماعي SSN للحصول عليه، فغير المقيم يتقدّم بطلبه عبر النموذج SS-4.

An EIN is a tax identification number issued to your company by the IRS; it acts as the company identity with banks and payment gateways. You do not need to be a US resident or hold an SSN to get one — non-residents apply using Form SS-4.

You receive a complete file proving the company exists and that you own it. Keep copies — banks and payment gateways ask for these same documents when opening accounts.

Forming a company is not a one-off step; keeping it in good standing takes recurring obligations: renewing the registered agent service, filing the annual report or paying the state fee, and filing federal tax returns on time even if the company earned nothing. Neglecting these exposes the company to penalties or dissolution, so work with an accountant experienced in non-resident companies. This is general information, not tax or legal advice.

Payment gateways want to confirm two things: that a real legal entity stands behind the account, and that the site sells what it says it sells. Prepare the following before applying:

الرفض والتجميد قلّما يكونان عشوائيين. أكثر الأسباب تكراراً: بيانات في الطلب لا تطابق مستندات الشركة، وموقع بلا سياسات أو بلا وصف واضح للنشاط، ونشاط مدرَج ضمن الأنشطة المقيَّدة لدى البوابة، وقفزة مفاجئة في حجم المبيعات، ونسبة نزاعات مرتفعة. طابق بياناتك حرفياً مع المستندات، وأبقِ نشاطك الفعلي مطابقاً لما صرّحت به.

Rejections and freezes are rarely random. The most frequent causes are application details that do not match the company documents, a site with no policies or no clear description of the business, an activity on the gateway restricted list, a sudden jump in sales volume, and a high dispute rate. Match your details to your documents word for word, and keep your real activity in line with what you declared.

Mercury حساب مصرفي أمريكي موجَّه للشركات، يناسب استقبال تحويلات بوابات الدفع وإدارة أموال الشركة بالدولار. أما Wise فحساب متعدّد العملات يتميّز بالتحويلات الدولية وتحويل العملة برسوم واضحة. كثير من أصحاب الشركات يستعملون الاثنين معاً: الأول للحساب الأساسي، والثاني لتحويل الأرباح إلى بلد الإقامة.

Mercury is a US business banking account, well suited to receiving gateway payouts and managing company funds in dollars. Wise is a multi-currency account whose strength is international transfers and currency conversion at transparent fees. Many owners use both: the first as the main account, the second to move profits to their country of residence.

النطاق هو عنوان موقعك الذي يكتبه الزائر، مثل example.com. والاستضافة هي المساحة التي تُخزَّن عليها ملفات الموقع وبريده. تحتاج إلى الاثنين معاً ليعمل الموقع، وكلاهما يُجدَّد دورياً، ويجب أن يكونا مسجَّلين باسمك أنت.

The domain is the address visitors type, such as example.com. Hosting is the space where the site files and email are stored. You need both for the site to work, both renew periodically, and both should be registered in your own name.

انتهاء النطاق يوقف الموقع والبريد الرسمي معاً، وانتهاء الاستضافة يوقف الموقع وقد يؤدّي إلى حذف ملفاته بعد مدّة. تصلك رسائل تذكير قبل موعد التجديد، فتأكّد أن بريدك المسجَّل لدى الشركة المزوّدة فعّال وتقرؤه. والأسلم تفعيل التجديد التلقائي.

An expired domain takes down both the site and your business email; expired hosting takes down the site and may lead to its files being deleted after a while. Reminder emails arrive before the renewal date, so make sure the email registered with the provider is active and one you read. Turning on auto-renewal is the safest option.

شهادة SSL تشفّر الاتصال بين الزائر وموقعك، وهي ما يجعل العنوان يبدأ بـ https ويُظهر علامة القفل. تحذير «غير آمن» يعني أن الشهادة غير مفعَّلة أو منتهية، أو أن في الصفحة عناصر تُحمَّل عبر رابط غير مشفَّر. بوابات الدفع ومحرّكات البحث تشترط وجودها، فافتح تذكرة دعم إن ظهر التحذير في موقعك.

An SSL certificate encrypts the connection between the visitor and your site; it is what makes the address start with https and show the padlock. A "Not secure" warning means the certificate is not active or has expired, or that the page loads items over an unencrypted link. Payment gateways and search engines require it, so open a support ticket if the warning appears on your site.

Treat any AI tool like any outside service: what you type is sent to the provider's servers and, depending on your settings and plan, may be used to improve their services. Simple rules that protect you:
