تقدّم شركة قاسم أبو سريس QASIM ABU SARREES LLC خدمات ومنتجات رقمية بالكامل، وهي بطبيعتها غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال بأي حال من الأحوال.
الخدمات المهنية (غير الرقمية)
بالنسبة للخدمات الأخرى مثل الاستشارات، وتقييم تجربة العملاء، وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية، فلا يمكن إرجاعها بعد طلبها إلا بموافقة إدارة الشركة وتحت ظروف خاصة. وفي حال الموافقة على الإرجاع يُطبَّق ما يلي:
خصم رسوم بوابة الدفع سترايب
تُخصم الرسوم التي اقتُطعت من منصّة الدفع Stripe عند تنفيذ عملية الشراء، ويتحمّلها العميل بشكل كامل.
خصم تكلفة الوقت والجهد المبذول
تقيّم الشركة الوقت والعمل الذي تم تنفيذه على المشروع قبل طلب الإرجاع، ويتم خصمه من قيمة المبلغ الإجمالي.
الاجتماعات والاستشارات
في حال تم عقد اجتماعين أو أكثر مع العميل قبل طلب الإرجاع، تُخصم قيمة ساعة استشارية واحدة من إجمالي المبلغ المستحق.
الموافقة على الشروط
يُعتبر طلب أي خدمة أو منتج رقمي من خلال المنصّة موافقة صريحة من العميل على جميع شروط وسياسات الإرجاع والاستبدال. كما تُعد هذه السياسة جزءاً لا يتجزأ من أحكام الاستخدام الخاصة بالمنصّة، ويُطلب من المستخدم قراءتها وفهمها قبل الوصول إلى أي من خدمات أو محتويات الشركة.

QASIM ABU SARREES LLC provides entirely digital services and products which, by their nature, are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Professional (Non-Digital) Services
For other services such as consulting, customer experience assessment and advertising campaign management, returns are not possible after ordering except with the approval of company management and under special circumstances. Where a return is approved, the following applies:
Stripe Payment Gateway Fees
The fees deducted by the Stripe payment platform at the time of purchase are deducted and borne in full by the client.
Time and Effort Already Spent
The company assesses the time and work completed on the project before the return request, and deducts its value from the total amount.
Meetings and Consultations
If two or more meetings were held with the client before the return request, the value of one consulting hour is deducted from the total amount due.
Acceptance of Terms
Ordering any digital service or product through the platform constitutes the client’s explicit acceptance of all return and exchange terms and policies. This policy forms an integral part of the platform’s terms of use, and users are required to read and understand it before accessing any of the company’s services or content.
