الاسترداد
يجب طلب جميع المبالغ المستردة في غضون ثلاثين (30) يوماً من تاريخ الشراء. وسيتم إلغاء جميع المنتجات المستردة من منطقة عميل المستخدم ولن يكون له حق الوصول إليها.
آلية الاسترداد
بعد استلام طلب استرداد الأموال وفحص حالة العنصر الخاص بك، سنعالج عملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال. يُرجى الانتظار سبعة (7) أيام على الأقل من تاريخ استلام العنصر لمعالجة رد الأموال أو الاستبدال. وقد تستغرق المبالغ المستردة من 5 إلى 7 أيام لتظهر في كشف حساب بطاقتك الائتمانية حسب شركة البطاقة. وسنُعلمك عبر البريد الإلكتروني عند معالجة الاسترداد.
الاستثناءات
العناصر التالية لا يمكن إرجاعها أو طلب استرداد أموالها بعد شرائها: أسماء النطاقات المسجلة من خلالنا، والسيرفرات الافتراضية الخاصة للشهر الذي تم فيه تركيبها، والسيرفرات المخصصة للشهر الذي تم فيه تركيبها، واستضافة الويب عند الدفع لسنة بعد 30 يوماً من الشراء، وخدمات البرمجة والتصميم وتسجيل الشركات في أمريكا بعد قبول العميل العمل المقدَّم له حيث لا يمكننا استرداد الجهد والوقت الذي أمضيناه، ورسوم التركيب للبرمجيات والتطبيقات.
يرجى الملاحظة: المنتجات التي عليها عروض خصم لا يمكن استرداد مدفوعاتها.

Introduction
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, as wallet credit, or request an exchange. Please review this page for the refund terms.
Refunds
All refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All refunded products will be cancelled from the user client area and access will be removed.
Refund Process
After we receive your refund request and inspect the condition of your item, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date we receive the item for the refund or exchange to be processed. Refunds may take 5 to 7 days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your card company. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded after purchase: domain names registered through us; VPS servers for the month in which they were set up; dedicated servers for the month in which they were set up; web hosting paid annually after 30 days from purchase; development, design and US company registration services after the client has accepted the delivered work, as the time and effort spent cannot be recovered; and installation fees for software and applications.
