نطاق الخدمة
تقدّم شركة QASIM ABU SARREES LLC خدمات تصميم وبرمجة المواقع والمتاجر الإلكترونية، والربط التقني، وأتمتة العمليات بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والاستشارات وتطوير الأعمال، وتأسيس الشركات الأمريكية والبريطانية وفتح الحسابات البنكية وبوابات الدفع. يُحدَّد نطاق كل مشروع كتابةً في عرض سعر معتمد قبل بدء العمل، وأي عمل خارجه يُسعَّر منفصلاً.
الطلب والتعاقد
يبدأ التنفيذ بعد موافقتك الكتابية على عرض السعر وسداد الدفعة الأولى، ويُعد سدادها قبولاً كاملاً لهذه الشروط ولسياستَي الاسترداد والاستبدال.
الدفع
يُسدَّد 50% عند بدء العمل و50% قبل التسليم النهائي ما لم يُتفق كتابةً على خلاف ذلك. الأسعار لا تشمل رسوم بوابات الدفع والتراخيص والرسوم الحكومية الخاصة بتسجيل الشركات.
مسؤوليات العميل
يلتزم العميل بتزويدنا بالمحتوى والصور والصلاحيات والمستندات المطلوبة خلال مدة معقولة، وأي تأخير يمدّد مدة التنفيذ بما يعادله.
الملكية الفكرية
تنتقل ملكية الموقع ومحتواه إلى العميل بالكامل بعد سداد المبلغ كاملاً. ونحتفظ بحق عرض المشروع ضمن أعمالنا ما لم يُطلب خلاف ذلك كتابةً.
حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل مسؤولية خسائر ناتجة عن سوء استخدام الموقع بعد التسليم، أو تعطّل خدمات طرف ثالث كالاستضافة وبوابات الدفع، أو تعديلات يجريها العميل أو طرف آخر على الملفات. وفيما يخص تأسيس الشركات وفتح الحسابات، القرار النهائي بقبول أو رفض أي حساب يعود للجهة المزوّدة وحدها.

Scope of Service
QASIM ABU SARREES LLC provides website and e-commerce design and development, technical integration, AI process automation, consulting and business development, and US and UK company formation including bank account and payment gateway setup. Each project scope is defined in writing in an approved quote before work begins; anything outside it is quoted separately.
Orders and Agreement
Work starts after your written approval of the quote and payment of the first instalment. Paying it constitutes full acceptance of these terms and of the refund and exchange policies.
Payment
50% is due at project start and 50% before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices exclude payment gateway fees, licences and government fees relating to company registration.
Client Responsibilities
The client provides content, images, access and required documents within a reasonable timeframe. Any delay extends the delivery timeline by an equivalent period.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of the site and its content transfers fully to the client once payment is complete. We reserve the right to feature the project in our portfolio unless asked otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of the site after delivery, third-party service outages such as hosting and payment gateways, or modifications made by the client or another party. For company formation and account opening, the final decision to approve or reject any account rests solely with the provider.
